The Team

Chris Randle, Founder, was certified as a Life Coach in Sept. 2014. He understands the challenges people face when it comes to confidence. He has experienced this struggle first hand.
He offers insight and guidance in a way that encourages and motivates people to build their confidence and also deal with those things that get in the way of us being confident.
His down to earth and charismatic personality allow people to feel at ease and heard. He is genuinely a fan and friend to all and ready to support you in any way he can.

Along with his Life Coach certification, he's had and continues training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and is certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid.

Hannah Farrow, Content Strategist, joined The Really Dope Center in 2019. Her expertise in Organizational Communication allows her to collaborate on course material alongside Chris to offer unique training and insight.

Dopeisms are ways of thinking that align with the Dope philosophy. These ideas help to strengthen the ideas that are taught at The Really Dope Center.

1) You can choose what degree emotions effect you.

2) You have to encounter situations where you don’t know the outcome.

3) You can’t redo but you can absolutely restart.

4) You will literally experience someone else’s dream every day of your life. Don’t you dare give up on yours.

5) People choose the emotions that are easiest to manage.

6) Challenges & obstacles are just questions that need to be answered.

7) Your thoughts influence your actions. Actions influence your behavior.
